Stanley was driving north when the passenger side of his tractor-trailer cab was struck by the left rear of a tractor-trailer operated by Chrashauna Ball, a driver for BHF Logistics Inc.

The force of the collision caused Stanley’s vehicle to overturn, forcing him off the road. Stanley sustained serious injuries, including multiple fractures to his hand, wrist, and leg. His injuries required surgeries involving open reductions and internal fixations to repair the damage.
